Terms of service
The service
Keyword Sonar notifies you when public posts and comments on the sources listed on our Coverage page match your watches. Coverage depends on third-party platforms that can change their access at any time; we publish measured latency and known gaps rather than guarantees.
Acceptable use
- Watch brands, products, companies, projects and topics. Do not use Keyword Sonar to monitor, profile or track private individuals.
- Do not use results to harass, spam or impersonate anyone, or in violation of the source platforms' rules.
- Do not resell raw results or use them to train models.
Billing
- Plans are billed monthly by default, with no commitment; annual billing is optional and costs 10 months for 12.
- You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period and there are no partial refunds.
- Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated; downgrades apply at the end of the period.
- If a payment fails we retry over 7 days; afterwards watches pause until payment succeeds. Your results are kept.
- The 14-day trial requires no card and is limited to one per email address.
Your content
Your watches and settings are yours. You can export results as CSV and delete your account at any time. Public content we collect remains the property of its authors.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before a claim.
